Your ERP should work for you, not lock you in.
We help SME owners take back control of their operations, their systems and their numbers — with two business owners who bring together business, financial and technology expertise.
Manufacturer, distributor or service business, B2B or B2C: what matters is that you have a lot to gain — an amount we put a number on with you — and the will to make your tools truly yours: understood, mastered, serving the business.

Operations that hold up without heroes
A single chain — order, production, inventory, invoice, payment — in a system your team understands.
Numbers that answer
Margin, cash, profitability by activity: straight out of the system, on time, with nothing rebuilt on the side.
Control, for good
Open code, portable data, documentation. Three years from now, your team does all of this without calling anyone — including us.
How it works
- 01
A conversation
Thirty minutes, no presentation. We ask questions; at the end, we both know whether there is value worth going after.
Or elseNothing obvious? We'll say so, and tell you who to call. An emergency? A quick intervention rather than a diagnostic. - 02
A fixed-fee diagnostic
Your processes, your systems, your numbers, what the situation costs — and all your options, costed and ranked.
Or elseIt can conclude “don't change anything for now.” And the document is yours: give the plan to anyone you like, or carry it out yourselves. - 03
Delivering, together
A one-year plan built with you, fixed-price milestones with written acceptance criteria, and a real handover to your people.
Or elseYou stay in control at every milestone: open code, portable data, a trained team. Continuing with us remains a choice.
We bill for value delivered, not hours. The diagnostic has a fixed price, agreed in advance; what follows is fixed-price milestones, each tied to a measurable result. Our interest is to move fast and do it well, not to drag it out.
Who we are

Marc Durepos
More than ten years running B2B businesses, and as many making technology serve them: ERP, processes, automation, integration, data.

Pascale Lohéac, CPA
Business owner and corporate director. Financial structure, accounting processes, controls, profitability, performance indicators and support for management.
Together, we make sure your systems produce reliable information, and that the information is actually used to run the business.
Two starting points
You're changing systems
SAP Business One, Sage, QuickBooks, xTuple, an in-house system: we migrate with your history, and the business keeps running through the transition.
You're already on Odoo
But the reports don't come out, the month-end close drags, the data is doubtful, profitability by activity is unknown — or you want to give your growth some structure.
What we don't do
- We don't bill by the hour. A fixed price per milestone, tied to what is delivered. You know what you pay, and for what.
- We don't lock you in. Open code, exportable data, hosting wherever you decide, and no closed infrastructure in our hands: you can leave whenever you want, with everything.
- We don't write closed code — except to protect a trade secret that belongs to you. What we build, your team or another partner can take over.
- We don't subcontract development. The people you meet are the ones who do the work.
- We don't take on new engagements of a few hours. We commit where we can produce value you can measure. For one-off help, we'll tell you who to call.
What we've done
Systems left behind, history included: SAP Business One, xTuple, QuickBooks Online; in progress: Sage 50. Manufacturers and distributors, in Québec and the United States.
SAP Business One → Odoo
- Where they started
- SAP Business One for blanket agreements, quotes, deliveries, bin locations and production orders — with recurring inventory discrepancies.
- What we did
- Migration with inventory valuation, price lists and invoice attachments. Then, on the same foundation: customer product codes, lead times, price agreements, returns, credit follow-up, production forecasting.
- What it changed
- One system from quote to payment, which the company evolves at its own pace — right up to an AI agent it owns, connected to its own data.
xTuple + QuickBooks Online → Odoo
- Where they started
- A fifteen-year-old ERP on an in-house server for inventory, production and purchasing; the books in QuickBooks; two systems that didn't talk to each other.
- What we did
- Twelve years of books carried over: the trial balance matches QuickBooks to the cent at every fiscal year-end. Lot inventory reconciled, and some thirty automated checks on the migration.
- What it changed
- Production, inventory and accounting in one system: inventory cost is no longer copied from one program to another.
SAP Business One → Odoo
- Where they started
- SAP Business One since 2008: 2,500 business customers, 3,000 products, and a system nobody wanted to touch anymore.
- What we did
- The full accounting history migrated and reconciled before cutover, along with orders, products and customers.
- What it changed
- A modern hosted platform the team can evolve without an SAP consultant.
